Procrastination

I was terribly sick for a few days. Now I've come out of it and feel better than ever.

I get to the computer and.....nothing.

I seem to decide my space and facebook need more time and consideration than my art. I read a chapter of Harry Potter, start eyeing the self-help books on the shelf, recite some Woody Allen plays and run old episodes of Seinfeld to "inspire."

But no.

No, no, no, I CAN'T seem to write.

Is this procrastination, is this laziness or is this- "Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn"?

Not even thoughts about my extremely eroding bank account can scare me into a artistic fervor.

Last but not least, I've resorted to blogging to avoid the fatal short film script, which seems to have an electric fence around it that these typing hands are scared to touch.

Come on, Thesy. It's only meant to keep the livestock in the field. Hop over and avoid electrocution!

This is quite a paradox, in the process of writing that you can't write anything creative you wrote something very creative! "Does not compute"...
